• Michael P. Tilly, P.E., President
Technology Exchange is led by Michael Tilly, a registered professional engineer with over 25 years of experience in business and the environmental field. He is a licensed engineer in both Louisiana (Environmental/Civil) and Virginia (Civil). Mr. Tilly received a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and holds an MBA from The George Washington University in Washington DC.
• Dane Gross, Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Dane Gross leads our operations and administration teams. Dane brings over 20 years of business development and management development/leadership experience to Technology Exchange. Mr. Gross is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a B.S. in Marketing/Finance. His leadership skills have helped companies such as
Wal-Mart, and Office Depot launch some of their most successful ideas. Mr. Gross helped launch the Wal-Mart Super-center Division and has spent the last eight years developing Office Depot's Business Services remote markets
• Jeffery R. Mace, Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Jeff heads our Sales & Marketing team for Technology Exchange. He brings over 15 years of sales experience in areas related to recycling and environmental protection. Mr. Mace is currently a non-commissioned officer in the Louisiana Air National Guard and holds a degree in applied science from the Community College of the Air Force. His training in the Air Force includes computer networking, information security, and cryptographic systems.
